Volunteers are the lifeblood of Preservation Texas. Our volunteers make it possible to carry out the programs that celebrate the heritage of Texas. Volunteering is an opportunity for you to utilize your talents for the benefit of the community. It also provides an excellent opportunity to explore the talents you didn't know you had!

Advocacy Volunteer: Assist in the dissemination of action alerts, information sheets and other projects.

Technology Specialist: Help in the administration of databases and other documentation.

Education and Events Volunteer: Assist staff and committee with the successful implementation of educational program and fund-raising events.

Administrative Volunteer: Assist with various copying, mailing, filing and administrative projects.

Technical Assistance Volunteer: Help research, organize and develop information to respond to technical assistance inquires and assist staff in responding to inquiries.

Texas' Most Endangered Places Volunteer:Copy documents and prepare packet to be mailed to the selection committee.  Project will last one month from November 1 - December 1.
